This workshop includes:

  • Visualization techniques

  • Breathing techniques to manage stress and focus the mind

  • Slowing things down to perform better on the golf course

  • Improving strategic thinking in all aspects of the game

  • Practice area and on-course coaching available (depending on location)

  • A training journal for each participant

  • Access to video support
